Our Services
Anger Managment
The goal of anger management is to reduce both your emotional feelings and the physiological arousal that anger causes. You can’t get rid of, or avoid, the things or the people that enrage you, nor can you change them, but you can learn to control your reactions.
Family Counseling
Addiction is a disease that not only affects the patient, but their loved ones as well. Addiction can tear families apart, and family counseling can be used to help heal many wounds. When a person enters recovery, there are things that their loved ones can do to not only be supportive, but also to prevent enabling. In our family counseling sessions, we’ll help your entire family set up a recovery plan that works for you and your loved ones.
Individual Counseling
Sometimes individuals fare better one-on-one with a Therapist than in a group setting. Building upon the core components in our program, we use a wide variety of treatment models in one-on-one sessions. Individual Counseling can be obtained alone or in addition to Group Therapy attendance. Individual Counseling is available for substance abuse and problem gambling, grief and loss, trauma, and more.
Group Therapy
We offer Intensive Outpatient, Outpatient, and Aftercare/Education levels of group therapy for substance abuse, gambling issues, and mental health. The duration of time in group therapy sessions varies between individuals based on their assessed level of need. Daytime, evening, and weekend groups are offered.
Drug & Alcohol Education
PRIME for Life is our curriculum designed to gently but powerfully challenge common beliefs and attitudes that directly contribute to high-risk alcohol and drug use. The content, process and sequence of PRIME For Life are carefully developed to achieve both prevention and intervention goals.
Substance Abuse Assessment
Substance Abuse Assessments are completed to determine what level and type of substance abuse treatment is necessary. If treatment is determined to be necessary, the therapist will work with you to establish an appropriate treatment modality and recovery regimen.
Urine Drug Screening & Breathalyzer Tests
We have Urine Drug Screening and Breathalyzer (BAL) testing available
onsite.
Physical Wellness Sessions
Often during active addiction, we sever the relationship between our minds and our bodies. Join us for a weekly mindfulness-based, somatic lesson to help restore the mind-body connection in a safe, therapeutic environment.
